I’m an Attorney who is passionate about helping families heal
and rebuild after a break-up
I have 2 criteria for whether I will take your case:
I will only take cases where I represent the side of right. Sometimes in a family law case, both sides have a reasonable argument. That’s fine. But I will not take a case unless I believe that it is in the best interest of the children and the people involved and that comports with the law.
I will only take a case that I believe is winnable. Sometimes, winning doesn’t necessarily mean fighting it out in court. Sometimes, winning involves working out a favorable agreement with the other person and then writing up the agreement and filing it with the court. That is called a “stipulation.” AKA a “win-win” situation.
